Return, Refund and Cancellation policy: BEST IPTV 2020 Does NOT offer refunds on Digital Products/Services once activated and delivered.
Please do understand and accept that we can’t provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try to solve them and assist you. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will provide a refund. Keep in mind that you can contact our support at any time if you need assistance.

Note: We will refund completely only purchases that have not been active within 24hrs. All other refund requests will be returned partially according to the used period of the subscription + 5% restocking fee. Our support team will contact users in all refund cases.
In the event that we do issue a refund, your access to the Service(s) will be revoked.
We will NOT send refunds if:
- User request a refund 48hrs after they received the service and have used it.
2. Customer aren’t satisfied/like the streaming line-up or performance.
3. At Best IPTV 2020 you can register to get a 3 Day Trial and 1-month subscription. This allows customers to test subscription and make sure we have everything that you need and are 100% happy with our services and has what you are looking for.
4. When an User is unable to setup their own set-top-box and system at their end, we will provide our best support to setup their set-top-box, devices, apps and system in all cases of assistance request. There is no way for us to know about specific circumstances with the device, app, system, etc. In some cases our support could be limited to pre-defined steps to configurate devices/apps.
5. If some streams are freezing, buffering or not working since there are several reason for this behaviour like: customer internet fluctuations, issue with the box/apps/customer setup in general, content is down from server end, server routine update and/or any kind of ISP issue (ISP issues have absolutely nothing to do with the service itself).
6. If servers are down and we cannot bring it back within a week we will substitute with a server similar for the remaining subscription.
Note: Trials & accounts which has been used for more than a half of the account’s duration are NOT valid for refunding.
